Digestive problems

Digestive system problems are very common in the population and many of us will suffer from them in one way or another during our lives.
Problems with the functioning of the digestive system will manifest themselves in a wide variety of symptoms such as:
Dysphagia: difficulty swallowing, which sometimes also comes with a feeling of pain. Dysphagia can be caused by a number of reasons, including: reflux, esophageal stricture, eosinophilic inflammation, and more.
Heartburn or reflux: is usually caused by a problem with the function of the sphincter that separates the stomach and esophagus, resulting in the rise of gastric juices into the esophagus.
Persistent abdominal pain or pain that comes and goes: Abdominal pain may be caused by irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, colitis, and more.
Nausea and/or vomiting: Nausea usually does not indicate illness but can be caused by dyspepsia - a syndrome that involves the upper digestive system.
Dyspepsia is not dangerous but greatly interferes with the quality of life. Vomiting may be caused by inflammation of the stomach or esophagus, a stomach ulcer, and other factors.
Diarrhea and constipation: Diarrhea and constipation can occur alternately (4 days of constipation followed by 2 days of diarrhea).
In these cases, the diagnosis will often be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Diarrhea can also be the result of Crohn's disease, colitis, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), or other causes.
Constipation can also have a variety of causes, such as: a low-fiber diet, lack of exercise, thyroid imbalance, colon diseases, and more.
Bleeding in the stool: Bleeding in the stool can be caused by hemorrhoids, fissures, inflammatory bowel disease, and more.
It is important to check the cause of the various digestive problems through medical tests. Even when choosing to receive natural treatment, the medical diagnosis given to the problem is of great importance.
